Is the conference in a hybrid format (are online presentations allowed)?

Do you intend to publish a proceedings volume after the conference?
We are currently considering using the OSF Meeting repository to archive presentations-related material (abstracts, PDF presentation, and/or papers). While abstracts are reviewed for the conference, archived papers will not undergo peer-view for this installment of the RISLUS Research Forum.
Can I present in a language other that English?
